Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and plantations. It is threatened by habitat loss.

Description

The Vinaceous-breasted Amazon is colourful parrot 30 cm (12 in) long. It is mostly green, with a red forehead, bluish nape, and a vinous-maroon breast.[1]

Range

The Vinaceous-breasted Amazon has become rare. It inhabits several areas within Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.[1]
